GEU is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of C&S Specialty Underwriters new Excess Liability Program, expected to go live on October 1, 2025.
This program was designed to complement the C&S Primary Contractors’ Programs and provide you with a seamless solution for higher-limit placements.
Program Highlights
- Carrier Paper: Written on United National Insurance Company paper
- Capacity:
- Up to $6M combined tower in conjunction with GL and Excess Liability
- Up to $3M unsupported Auto Liability Excess (excess of $1M primary)
- Coverage Form: Follow-form excess liability written over occurrence-based forms
- Eligibility: Unsupported Auto Liability and Employers Liability available if underlying carrier is A.M. Best A- VII or greater
Submission Requirements
- Completed and signed ACORD Umbrella/Excess Application (Form 131)
- Supplemental applications, if applicable
- For Auto coverage: completed ACORD Auto Section including number/type of vehicles and radius of operations
- Three (3) years of currently valued WC and/or Auto insurance company-prepared loss runs
